Appointment Cancellations

 

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of the appointment and will be charged the full service rate.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

​No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be required to prepay future bookings.

​Insurance & Receipts

M Wellness Clinic is operated by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) licensed in Ontario.

• Official receipts are issued for insurance reimbursement.
• It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their provider.
• Payment is due at the time of service.

Please inform your therapist of:

• Any new injuries or medical conditions
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgeries
• Cancer history or lymph node removal
• Changes in medication

​Consent & Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy provided at this clinic is strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.
